The window installation is nearly complete, allowing us to move on to the next phase with confidence. Our first interior systems build-outs are making excellent headway, with HVAC and plumbing installations well underway, ensuring that all systems are being integrated smoothly.
Looking ahead, Building 2 remains on schedule for an early 2026 completion. Stay tuned for further updates as construction advances in the coming months.

LET’S DIVE INTO THE FULL DETAILS
BUILDING ONE
Construction on Building 1 is in its final stages, with several key finishing touches coming together. Trim work is wrapping up, adding polished details to the interiors. Tile installation is nearly complete, bringing a refined aesthetic to kitchens and bathrooms. The elevators are also in the final stages of installation, ensuring smooth vertical access throughout the building.
Inside, shower glass, mirrors, and bath fixtures are being installed, signaling the near-completion of all bathrooms. Additionally, interior painting has been fully completed, giving each unit a fresh, finished look.
With all these milestones on track, we anticipate construction wrapping up by mid-March. The first move-ins are projected to begin as early as April 2025.
BUILDING TWO
Progress on Building 2 is moving forward, with foundational work nearing a key milestone. The slab has been prepped and successfully inspected, ensuring a solid foundation for the structure. The next step is pouring the concrete, which is pending favorable weather conditions, as both rain and cold temperatures can impact the timeline.
Looking ahead, Building 2 remains on schedule for an early 2026 completion. Stay tuned for further updates as construction advances in the coming months.

We’re bringing you plenty of great updates from Oberlin Heights, starting with the most significant news: brick is complete on our first building!

The construction of Building 1 is progressing smoothly and remains on schedule. The brickwork has been fully completed, giving the building a solid and refined exterior. We are currently installing the panel siding, which will further enhance the architectural appeal and provide additional durability to the structure.
Inside, the sheetrock is actively being hung, marking a significant step toward interior completion. If all continues to go according to plan, we anticipate finishing all interior and exterior work, including full landscaping, by Spring 2025.
We are excited to announce that construction on Building 2 is set to begin later this year. This upcoming phase of development will bring another dynamic and thoughtfully designed structure to the project.
